1.Thermal insulation, reduce energy consumption
The sandwich layer of the metal carved board is a rigid polyurethane foam. Rigid polyurethane is a new type of synthetic material with thermal insulation and waterproof functions. Its thermal conductivity is 0.022~0.033W/(m*K), which is equivalent to half of the extruded board. It is the lowest thermal conductivity of all thermal insulation materials, so compared with traditional thermal insulation boards, the cold-resistant and thermal insulation effect of metal carved boards is better.
2.Fireproof
The outer layer of metal engraving plate is a layer of aluminum zinc color steel, and the inner layer is fireproof polyurethane, with a fire rating of B1.
3.Waterproof and seepage prevention
Rigid PU foam is a hydrophobic material with low affinity for water. In addition, the compact concave convex plug-in buckle groove installation mode between plates avoids the structural damage caused by the circulation of rain, snow, freezing, thawing, dry and wet. After installation, the worry of water seepage on the wall is eliminated and the mildew phenomenon on the indoor wall is effectively avoided.
4.Lightweight, earthquake resistant
The weight of metal carved board is about 3.5-3.8kg/m2. Compared with traditional thermal insulation materials, it is lighter, and the board is not easy to break, which has a good anti-seismic effect.
5.Sound insulation, noise reduction, quiet and comfortable
The core material in the middle of the metal carved board is a thermal insulation and sound insulation layer composed of high-density polyurethane foam, and its interior is an independent closed bubble structure, which has a good sound insulation effect. It is suitable for apartments, hospitals, schools and other buildings near the noise area to effectively reduce outdoor noise and keep the indoor environment quiet and comfortable.
6.Safety and environmental protection
Metal carved board has stable chemical and physical structure, will not decompose, mildew, no radiation, no pollution.
